UKG Exclusives is a content series focused on candid conversation and personal stories brought to life by high production value and a unique creative concept for each episode.
Rated G: Becoming Great For All
Our premiere UKG Exclusive featured a no-holds-barred conversation around diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Rather than script our speakers, we guided them with discussion points, allowing new ideas and personal stories to naturally unfold.
We used a movie concept to drive home the message that this is not another webinar. The set featured elegant cinematic touches and the final video opens with a Saul Bass-inspired title sequence. Watch it here.
Pre-show promotion
We developed promotional creative assets that included a movie poster used across social and ad placements, a direct mail invite with a movie snack tub, and a series of direct-to-camera videos from our speakers that gave the audience a chance to meet the personalities they’d be spending an hour with.
And of course, there were emails.
Post-show engagement
To helps our sales team follow up with leads from the event, we filmed a series of bonus videos where our speakers connected the high-level topics from the main feature to UKG solutions.
As of Q4 2023, this campaign contributed to $2.9M in sales opportunities.

For our second UKG Exclusive we used a gallery concept to inspire viewers to craft their own leadership journey. Interspersed direct-to-camera interviews added an additional storytelling element.
In Focus: Bringing Out the Humanity in Your Employer Brand
Our third UKG Exclusive explored the attributes of an authentic employer brand, so we created a more candid, intimate feeling by shooting this on location and using observational filming techniques.
